The carefully guarded family recipe for handmade fudge was perfected by Francis P. Dock, owner of the Doc’s Candies store on Hoffman Street in Elmira, New York, back in the early 1950's. Today, his legacy has extended to the land of southern charm in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
His tradition of creating smooth, rich candy has been handed down for three generations. Premium chocolate is slowly melted in special copper kettles to produce the exclusive fudge.
